A leading California based builder is seeking a senior estimator/cost planner - tier 2 builder for permanent basis.
The desired candidate should have a minimum of 5 years Estimating experience with a Tier 1 or 2 builders covering projects to $100m +, and worked as a Cost Planner in a QS practice at some stage of the career. Besides, the candidate should be capable of negotiating with sub contractors and contains a sound knowledge regarding industry rates as well as additional structure experience.
Successful candidates will be provided a good remuneration package as per his working experience, but it is expected to be in the range of $140k - $160k +.
